What is the structure of the Shyft DAO?
In its first version, the Shyft DAO will consist of the six committees described below,each populated by members of the decentralized federation of nodes. Initially, their focus will be on documenting and sharing their mandate while building plans to welcome new members beyond the Shyft Federation.
Treasury & Economics Committee
Overseeing treasury management, asset allocation, financial analysis, strategies, design of economic policies, financial audit, and reporting for Shyft DAO.
Operations Committee
Setting goals, milestones, and channels within each DAO committee, as well as creating proposals for the formation of additional committees, such as an R&D committee, as needed.
Governance & Oversight Committee
Maintaining governance procedures through a Shyft Federation Charter, writing and managing proposals in collaboration with DAO members, and providing review, monitoring, reporting, and feedback to the DAO.
Technology Committee
Strategic advancement of the Shyft Network, curation of technology development proposals, design of bug bounty programs, and establishment of Shyft DAO's developer community
Ecosystem Business Development & Partnership Committee
Establishing strategic partnerships for use case expansion, outreach to developers for Shyft DAO development, and market intelligence for strategic use case development with the Technology Committee.
